Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll take care of the rest.

Just shoot us an email at support@kicksshoelaces.com with your order number and details, and once we approve your return, we'll provide you with a return label or gift card equal to your order value. It's that easy!

Note:

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that your items are unused, unworn, and unwashed. If you're returning a graphic tee due to size issues, please note that our shirts are made of 100% cotton and may shrink up to half a size after washing.

  • Custom-made productsKindly note that returns are not accepted for custom-made products, as they are tailored specifically for you and cannot be resold. 
  • Bluk orders: Returns for bulk orders are managed on a case-by-case basis. This is because bulk orders are typically customised and produced in large quantities, making them unsuitable for individual returns due to logistical reasons and the personaliseds nature of these orders. 

For custom-made proucts and bulk orders we can only process exchanges for damaged or defective items, not for change of mind. If your parcel arrives damaged or if you encounter any product quality concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team. We're here to help!
