We are not liable for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect shipping details.

If a parcel is returned to a third-party fulfillment center or warehouse due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees or unclaimed packages resulting from customer-provided address inaccuracies.
