How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from dispatch.
We may ship from multiple warehouse locations depending on stock availability. You’ll receive a dispatch notification for each parcel when it’s on the way. Your order may arrive in separate shipments from our warehouses in Australia, China or the USA.
What are your hours of delivery?
Our carriers typically deliver between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier will:
- Try to leave your parcel in a safe, dry place
- Or leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local post office

Can I cancel my order?
We work quickly to pack and ship your order. Once your items have left our facility, we’re unable to change or cancel it.
If you no longer want the item once it arrives, you’re welcome to follow our returns process for a refund.
Can I change the delivery address?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unopened, and undamaged
- All products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be included, also in original condition — unmarked, undamaged, and free from labels or tape
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrectly supplied by us.
Personalised items can only be returned if the text is incorrect or the product arrives damaged.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
