We dispatch all orders between 3 – 5 days. Once we dispatch your package, you will receive your shipping confirmation. You can monitor your item at any time through "Track My Order".

Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Please double-check all address details, including unit/apartment numbers and postal codes, before completing your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue. We are not liable for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect shipping details.

In cases where a parcel is returned to a third-party fulfillment center or warehouse due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the item. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees or unclaimed packages resulting from customer-provided address inaccuracies.

• Bluk orders: Returns for bulk orders are managed on a case-by-case basis. This is because bulk orders are typically customised and produced in large quantities, making them unsuitable for individual returns due to logistical reasons and the personaliseds nature of these orders.
